BizCraftly (“BizCraftly”, “we”, “us”) is an online document platform operated as a sole proprietorship by [PROPRIETOR LEGAL NAME], at [OPERATING ADDRESS].

By using BizCraftly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use BizCraftly on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and using the service with the consent of a parent or guardian. BizCraftly is not intended for children.

Some features work without an account. For the rest you register with an email address, which we ask you to verify.

• Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at security@bizcraftly.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Do not share an account between people. Additional people should be added as seats on your plan.

You agree not to:

• upload or process content you do not own or otherwise have the right to use;
• upload unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• use the service to break a law, or to remove protection from a document you are not entitled to unlock;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems behind them;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or work around usage limits, rate limits or access controls;
• use automated means to extract the service's content or resell access to it without our written permission; or
• upload malware or anything designed to damage or interfere with the service or its users.

Uploaded files may be scanned automatically for malware before processing.

You keep all rights in the files you upload and in the results the tools produce. We do not claim ownership of them.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store, process, convert and transmit your files so we can perform the operation you requested, and to make them available to people you deliberately share them with. That permission ends when you delete the file or your account.

We do not use your files to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

Some tools use third-party AI providers. When you run one, the content you submit to that tool is sent to the provider to generate the result — this is described in our Privacy Policy. These tools only run when you choose to use them.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Review anything an AI tool produces before relying on it, particularly in a contract or filing.

Tools can be used without an account, subject to a daily limit of 3 runs. A free account includes 50 credits a month, up to 10 a day, and 100 MB of storage. Paid plans are sold per seat and remove those usage limits. Current prices and inclusions are on the pricing page.

The free tier is an ongoing free plan, not a time-limited trial. We do not currently offer a paid trial period.

We may change limits or the features in a plan. Where a change reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give reasonable notice.

• Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any taxes stated at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period — monthly or annual, as chosen — until cancelled.
• By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the then-current price for your plan, seats and add-ons.
• Adding seats or storage mid-period changes what you pay; the amount is calculated at the time of the change and shown before you confirm.
• If a payment fails, the account returns to the free plan's limits until payment succeeds.

We may change prices. A price change does not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice before it applies to a renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your files are not deleted.

Fees are prepaid and non-refundable. Billing errors and duplicate charges are handled separately. The full detail is in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

BizCraftly relies on third parties for payments, AI processing, storage and email. Their handling of data is covered in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, including any site you reach from a link on ours.

We work to keep BizCraftly available and to process work reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not currently offer a service level agreement. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.

You may stop using BizCraftly at any time and delete your account from your account settings. Deleting an account is permanent.

The BizCraftly software, website, design and branding belong to us and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may use the service as it is offered; you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it, except where the law says you may.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important — do not rely on BizCraftly as your only copy of a document.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data.

Where we are found liable, our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is limited to resupplying the service.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or content you upload that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Continuing to use BizCraftly after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will give notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY, STATE] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
