BizCraftly provides digital software services. No physical products are sold or shipped.

There is nothing to ship. BizCraftly is used entirely in your web browser, and paid features are unlocked on your account as soon as payment is confirmed.

1. No physical shipment
BizCraftly is a software-as-a-service product used through this website. We do not sell, manufacture, pack or dispatch any physical goods, so no shipping, courier service, delivery charge or tracking applies to any purchase.
2. How digital delivery works
When a subscription payment is confirmed by our payment provider, the paid features are enabled on your BizCraftly account automatically. This is normally immediate. There is nothing to download or install — sign in and the plan is active.
Payment confirmation is sent to the email address on your account by our payment provider.
3. If your plan does not activate
If a payment has been taken but your account has not been upgraded, first sign out and back in to refresh your account. If it still has not applied, email support@bizcraftly.com from the address registered to the account, with the date and amount of the payment, and we will put it right.
