Frequently asked questions
Is every tool really free?
Yes. Every tool is available to everyone, with a limit on how much you can process each day and each month, so you can try anything before deciding to upgrade. A paid seat removes both limits completely — there is no cap to run into.
What happens when I reach the free limit?
You are told which limit you have reached and when it clears — the daily cap resets overnight, the monthly one at the start of the next month. Nothing you have already made is lost or deleted, and you keep full access to everything in your vault. Upgrading removes both limits entirely.
How does team pricing work?
You pay for the first seat, and every additional member costs less. Each seat adds its storage to a single pool the whole team shares, so one person storing more than their share is not a problem. Adding or removing a member is prorated automatically against your current billing period. The table above shows the exact total for common team sizes.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual is the same plan charged once a year at a discount — you pay for fewer months than you get. The exact discount, the yearly amount and the effective monthly rate are all shown on the switch above before you commit to anything.
What happens if I run out of storage?
New uploads are refused and you are told exactly how much you need to free. Nothing you have already stored is touched or deleted. You can free up space or add a storage pack to the account at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your files are never deleted when it ends — the account simply returns to the free storage allowance, and you can download or remove anything you like.
Do you offer refunds?
No — subscription and storage fees are prepaid and non-refundable, including for partial periods. Every tool is free to use before you pay, as a guest and on a free account, so you can check it does what you need first. We do review duplicate charges, charges taken after cancellation and other billing errors; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
You can start using tools right away. Creating a free account unlocks your vault, saved history and higher limits.
Which currency am I charged in?
Indian rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which accepts cards, UPI, net banking and wallets.
