Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated
This policy explains how to cancel a BizCraftly subscription, when the cancellation takes effect, and how we handle refunds and billing disputes.
In short
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscription fees are prepaid and non-refundable. We do review incorrect, duplicate and failed-service charges — see section 5.
Cancelling never deletes your files. The account returns to the free storage allowance and your documents stay downloadable.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

The highlighted details still need to be supplied. Fill them in at frontend/lib/legal.js and this notice disappears.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to paid BizCraftly subscriptions and to any storage add-ons bought alongside them. BizCraftly is a digital service: there are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped or returned. See our Shipping Policy for that statement in full.
Free accounts and guest use are not charged for and are therefore outside this policy.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription yourself, at any time:
- Sign in and go to your Billing page.
- Choose to cancel your subscription and confirm.
- If you cannot reach your account for any reason, email support@bizcraftly.com from the address registered to the account and we will cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops the subscription with our payment provider as well as in your account, so no further payment is taken.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to everything your plan includes until that date, because you have already paid for it. No further charges are made after that.
If you choose to end a subscription immediately instead of at the end of the period, access stops straight away and the remainder of the period you have paid for is not refunded or credited.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees and storage add-on fees are prepaid and non-refundable, including for partial periods. This applies to monthly and annual plans and to renewals.
We take this position because every tool on BizCraftly can be used free of charge before you pay for anything — as a guest without an account, and on a free account. You can confirm the service does what you need before subscribing, and you can cancel at any time to stop the next payment.
- Unused time in a billing period is not refunded or transferred.
- Unused storage in an add-on is not refunded.
- Downgrading mid-period does not produce a refund; the change is applied to your next invoice.
5. Billing errors and disputed charges
Section 4 is about changing your mind. It is not a refusal to correct mistakes. Contact us and we will investigate if:
- you were charged more than once for the same billing period;
- you were charged after cancelling, for a period beginning after the cancellation took effect;
- you were charged an amount that does not match the plan and seat count on your account; or
- a fault on our side made the paid service substantially unusable for an extended period and we were unable to fix it.
Email support@bizcraftly.com from the address registered to the account, within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We will reply by email as soon as we can. Where a refund is due it is returned to the original payment method through our payment provider; the time it takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
6. Failed and unpaid renewals
If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is not treated as active. The account returns to the free plan's limits until payment succeeds. We do not charge a fee for a failed payment.
7. What happens to your data
Cancelling does not delete your files. When a paid plan ends, the account returns to the free allowance of 100 MB of storage and the free usage limits. Your existing documents are not removed — you can still sign in, download them, and delete what you no longer need.
If you would rather remove everything, you can delete your account from your account settings. That is permanent and is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version published here on the day you are charged is the one that applies to that charge. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
